About me

A little about myself, I help companies and non-profit organizations communicate with their customers through good design. That means creating a smart mixture of words and imaginary that engages audience with a call to action that delivers the message.

A little about myself

I earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from the Florida A&M University. I interned gained experience as a designer Florida Department of Education, within their in-house creative department. It was there I was mentored by Ann Kozeliski (Public Information Director). Her years of design experience help develop other designers and myself to creative success stories. One of the things I enjoy is playing the drums. I was a member of the world FAMU's Marching 100...boy I love those drums.

Samsung Wireless Enterprise - Graphic Designer 2016 - Ongoing

Created marketing collateral for Samsung Wi-fi division. Designed sale sheets, brochures and web and email banner ads. Developed multiple layouts for magazines ads. Samsung branded Powerpoint presentation.

SourceHOV - Graphic Designer 2013

Developed identity systems from concept and layout to production. Designed and produced print ads for newspaper and magazines, brochures, conferences and meetings displays, logo designs, Power Point and Prezi presentations.

JC Penney - Production Artist 2013

Demonstrated extensive understanding of the print process including knowledge of all the latest materials available for printing and newest digital printing options. Design print-ready deliverables including variable sizes and shapes, custom bleeds, correct die lines, spot colors and strong typography. Executed flawless print projects while aiding project manager and division leaders with accurate hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite 6.

Commerce House Advertising Agency - Production Artist 2012 - 2014

Design production and print ready for the second launch of Samsung Galaxy products. Design outdoor ads for bus shelters, stairwells, city and campus kiosk, newsstands, sky banners, mesh walls, floor graphic, bus wraps and large digital ads.

Colliers International - Graphic Designer 2012

Created marketing collateral for real estate presentations. Developed multiple layouts for magazines ads, newspaper ads and interactive media. Art directed and designed: logos, large banners, proposals/RFP’s, flyers, event programs and web graphics.

Ivie & Associates Inc - Production Artist 2011

Developed logo concepts for Albertsons meat department. Design production for newspaper ads that featured Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart and Albertsons products

As a Presentation Specialists I help make dull presentations more compelling by telling visual stories that engage your audience. I create killer designs using my years of experience. I take sketches and thoughts and turn them into presentations with graphics, information visualizations, and animations.

The Process.

Discovery
P1

I’ll gather information about your company and your project. I’m interested in your goals and objectives, your company’s capabilities and personality, and who your target audience is. The discovery phase sets the direction for the next step.

Development
P2

Here’s where ideas are visualized. The pencil meets the paper (or the mouse meets the pad). I’ll work up several creative concepts for you that are thoughtful solutions to your design problem—options that make sense and are a great fit for you.

Refinement
P3

From among the concepts presented, you’ll choose your favorite idea to focus on. Then we’ll work on refining it through a series of iterations until it’s prefect.

Final Production
P4

When you’ve approved the design, I’ll create the final artwork files and deliver them to you and/or your print vendor. If needed, I’ll contact printers for quotes and manage the printing process for you.
